Children Lessons

The Lord says except a man turns himself around to have the heart of a child, he cannot make it into the kingdom of Heaven! This kind of thinking goes a long way to show us the humility, innocence, love, kindness, purity, simplicity, obedience, forgiven-spirit and faith endowed in a pure little child. The penitence and remorsefulness of smaller minds and hearts not akin to the complications, contaminations and the negative influences directly or indirectly impacted on an innocent child.

Children should be assisted and guided by their parents to maintain these God given innocence as they grow in body and knowledge so that they become worthy of their heavenly home from whence they came from. Children, as you take care of your body, take care of your spirit even better by living virtues life. It is easier to attain virtues when you live daily loving God and loving every other person. Be wary of what the world teaches you if they are contrary to the word of God. Be saved to become a child of God!

Parents, love your children, and do not spoil or pamper them. Do not get use to giving rewards as compensation for good works. It will spoil them and make them feel they must be rewarded to do good things. Be part of their lives: what they eat, what they watch on the TV or listen to in the radio, where they go or visit and the kind of friends they mingled with. Ask them questions and know their concerns and worries. Be their best friends and let them know that God loves them than they ever thought.

Make sure your children are saved and prepared for the kingdom of heaven.
